Extras
There are different interesting tourist attractions around our station. While you stay with us, it can be a great opportunity to visit these places. We offer two different day trips, to Sandoval lake and to an animal rescue center. Fluvial transport, entry, guide and food is included in the price.

Sandoval Lake
You will enter Sandoval lake, via a small river, with a rowing boat. While you are surrounded by millions of beautiful palm trees you can observe different wildlife species such as monkeys, macaws, parrots, bats and caimans. Also, the chance is really high to see giant otters during this daytrip. - PRICE: 50 US$/PERS.

Animal rescue center + Platform
During this daytrip you will get the opportunity to see different kind of animals from closer by. The animals you will see here are rescued from illegal pet trade and trafficking. Some of the animals will be reintroduced, if possible, to the rainforest otherwise the center will try its hardest best to give these animals a qualitive life. After visiting the rescue center, we will visit the highest platform (42m) of the region of Tambopata. Here you can enjoy the stunning view from above the trees and different bird species. - PRICE: 25 US$/PERS.

Accommodation
To give you the best experience, we offer you private and comfortable bungalows where you can rest, relax and enjoy the view of the Amazonian rainforest. We also have thee main house which is a common area where we have a well-equipped kitchen, a dinning room, a library, a study area, a laundry room and toilet. There are also hammocks and one big hammock spread around the area to rest and enjoy the river view.
For the meals, we buy weekly locally fresh vegetables and fruits at the market in Puerto Maldonado. Recently we produce some vegetables and fruits by our self like bananas, papaya, peppers, yuca, etc. Our food is a mix between Peruvian and international food. We love to cook, so sometimes we experiment with the food, which mostly turns out good ;) . We serve you 3 times a day, fresh, healthy (also sometimes a little bit less healthy...) and sustainable meals. Feel free to show us your cooing skills.
